Litigation funding is a financial arrangement where an investor provides capital to cover the costs of a legal case, in return for a share of the proceeds.

How it works

We offer support on each step of litigation process

Accident

A person sustains an injury at work or on the street and wishes to make a claim.

2.

Law firm

The litigation lawyer is engaged by the claimant. He prepares the case for court, coordinates medical treatment, and applies for funding.

3.

Case funding

We underwrite the claim based on human analysis and predictions using an AI platform. Once an investor chooses which case to finance — essentially purchasing a share in the future proceeds from the case — we fund the claimant with the lawyer's intermediation.

4.

Litigation

Case insurance is obtained to provide coverage if the case is lost or discounted. The law firm presents the case to the court.

5.

Repayment

If the claim is successful and 98% are, funder is repaid from the proceeds. If the claim is unsuccessful (2%), the insurance repays the loan.
